Depending on your application Topcon offers three different models. The Topcon optics are superior in low light low conditions.
Rapid, Stable, and Durable Compensator
 
 
Finely tuned magnetic damping system rapidly level and stabilize the line of sight despite the fine vibrations present when working near heavy equipment or roadways. The compensator of AT-B Series incorporates four suspension wires composed of super-high-tensile metal that features minimal thermal expansion coefficient, providing unparalleled durability and precision. 
Horizontal Circle for Angle Measurement 
 
 
Free rotation feature allows you to read any angle from zero. For protection against dirt and scratch the circle is covered. Horizontal angles can be directly read in 1° or 1gon units. The readout window is located below the eyepiece for easy reading. 
 
All-Weather Durability
 
 
The instrument is protected from all directions against powerful water jets to an IPX6 rating, meaning the AT-B Series withstands sudden showers or torrential rainfall. The advanced protection design also inhibits clouding or condensation inside the telescope.
